This season generally starts on the Saturday that ends April vacation for the schools and runs through to the second or third weekend in June.

Tee Ball (4&5)
Games are played on Saturday mornings, practice are held one night per week. 
Games and practices are played on the Football Field at Legion Field
The purpose for this league is for the players to have fun and get a general feel for playing baseball.

 
Instructional Leagues (6-7)
This represents our "Instructional League". Each age group is it's own league. The 6YO players will start the season hitting off the tee and transition to coach-pitch as the season progresses. 7 YO players will start with coach-pitch and transition to kid-pitch. 
The focus for this group is still learning the basics of the game, and understanding how to play. No scores or standings are kept for this league.
 
AA Minors (8-9)
This is a league designed to introduce our 8 YO players to 6 inning games with live scoring and pitching. It also provides some 9 YO players a little extra time to develop before competing with 10 and 11 YO players.

For 8 YO players this is the first time they will be eligible to tryout for Summer All Stars and play competitive games against other towns. 9 YO players are also eligible to tryout for Summer All Stars in their age group as well.

 
AAA Minors (9-12)
9s with more advanced skills will be drafted to teams in this league.
10s and 11s can continue to develop skills before moving up to majors
12s who are not interested in playing in the majors can still play minors as long as they are not a risk to injure other players. 12 YO players are not allowed to pitch in Minors.
All players in this league are eligible to tryout for summer all stars
 
Majors (10-12)
Ages 10-12 compete at a higher level. Once your player is drafted to a team he or she will stay with that team through age 12.
Tryouts are competitive and there are limited spots available on each roster to replace 12 YOs who aged out of the league. 
All 12s who try out will be drafted, no other age group has that guarantee for this league. 
All players in this league are eligible to tryout for summer all stars
 
Intermediate 50/70 (12 and 13)
This league is meant to provide 13 YO players a transition period on a slightly larger field before moving up to the full size diamond in the Senior League. At this level players will be introduced to leading and stealing and pitchers will learn about pitching from the stretch and balks.
This league is growing and we are in discussion with other towns in hopes to expand the number of teams in the league. We are also allowing BLL 12 YO players play in this league with no additional fee.
Players in this division will be eligible for Summer All Stars as well.

Seniors (13-16)
This league is our last league for youth baseball. We combine with Raynham so that we can expand the number of teams in the league. Games are played on the big field at Legion Field as well as on Fields in Raynham.
Players in this league are eligible for Summer All Stars too.
